How to use:
To prepare one 225 mL serving:
Pour 190 mL of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 leveled scoops of Pediasure Complete 3+ powder.
Can be taken with or between meals.
For children from 3 to 8 years: twice a day.
For children from 9 to 10 years: 2 – 3 times a day.

Ask your doctor if your child has diabetes or any other diseases.
Never heat Pediasure formula in a microwave oven.
After mixing the Pediasure formula, it should be covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours.
Opened Pediasure formula should be covered and used within 3 weeks.
Gluten-free and not for children with galactosemia.
Mixing the Pediasure formula with water above 35 C may compromise the probiotics.
Store at a cool dry place at room temperature not to exceed 25 C.
